Standard security deposit with approved credit: One bedrooms - $500, Two bedrooms - $600
Re-key fee: $25 (non-refundable)
Monthly pet rent is the following:
Dogs under 25lbs - $50 / month
Dogs 26-100lbs - $100 / month
Cats - $50 / month
Windsor Communities does not accept: Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, Chows, Doberman Pinschers, German Shepherds, Mastiffs, Pit Bulls, Presa Canarios, Rottweilers, Shar Peis, Siberian Huskies, Staffordshire Terriers, Wolf Hybrids or any variation or mixes of these breeds.
Re-key fee: $25 (non-refundable)

Windsor at Cambridge Park is pet friendly community. We have a limit of 2 pets per apartment with a maximum weight of 100 lbs.Monthly pet rent is the following:
